SF is the only gym I’ve stuck out for longer than 3 months let alone a year and am still loving it! People are so friendly it’s more like a social club, great trainers, great atmosphere, and the classes and system work marvellously. You can be in and out and a few hundred calories burnt no problem. I’ve achieved a 1.5 stone loss in 6 months I’ve attended classes and laughed and smiled throughout I’ve worked the hardest I’ve ever done to tone up and get strong I’m happier healthier and more positive in general I’ve met a great crowd of people of all ages and sizes both men and women all encouraging each other I’ve never known a place like it it’s been a god send to me I’ve proud of my effort and I thank Mandy in particular but all at SF are fantastic Join and you’ll be surprised how much fun you’ll have

I’ve just completed the 6 week challenge and I feel fantastic... physically and mentally! I found the first couple of weeks really tough but with all the support and encouragement from the trainers and fellow members I got through it and now enjoy exercising (something I never thought I’d say!). It doesn't matter how fit you are, each session is suitable for everyone. There's no competitiveness, everyone works together and encourage each other. I joined the 6 week challenge with Squad Fitness in February and have since continued with the group fitness classes. I really wasn’t sure what to expect and was worried it might feel intimidating but I have loved every minute of it. The trainers are great, (especially Mandy who I did PT and do most of my classes with), they work you hard and are very motivating but it’s always fun. I joined squad fitness in September last year and I absolutely love it. I’ve been to lots of gyms in the past, but this is by far the best one. It has such a personal feel about it. The trainers are great, they take the time to get to know everyone and are always friendly and approachable. The other members are so welcoming and there is always a great atmosphere in the classes. The personal training feature really sets it apart from other gyms and has made me so much more confident to go into the gym and work out on my own. Started off with the 6 week challenge and 3 months later I'm still going! The team at squad fitness are all fantastic and that's what makes you want to go back, even after a long day at work! The PT sessions and classes are all expertly run and encouragement and support is given by a member of the team throughout the whole session. Recently joined the 6 week challenge, classes have been great, everyone's determined and motivated... the trainers are great, cant fault them, very helpful and committed PT's... even though its small, it has no baring on the service given, lets face it when your are working out who's looking at the surroundings anyway! I started my transformation programme 6 weeks ago to keep me off the sofa after work and hopefully lose some weight. Haven’t managed to lose any weight yet but goodness me I feel so much better for it, my butt is getting perkier , and my whole body is slowly reshaping in all the right places. Since I started,my stress levels have reduced dramatically and I am sleeping like a baby. The PT sessions are fantastic and all the classes have been extremely varied and fun. As for the PT’s themselves I can’t praise them enough, they are wicked and mean but so much fun and definitely know how to motivate you and keep you going, they deserve a medal!! There is a real team spirit all around, all members are one big mad happy family and they all make you feel at home, I have enjoyed it so much that I have decided to sign up for 6 months. I loved the 6 week programme. So much so that I signed up after completion and am now a member of the gym. The programme enabled me to lose body fat and drop a dress size, in just 6 weeks! Other members make you feel welcomed into the classes and the trainers provide excellent advice and motivation. I was looking to loose a bit of weight for the summer so joined up to the 6 week program and all I can say is mission accomplished. I lost a bit of weight but also gained muscle definitely feel better for it. Learned quite a bit about nutrition as well. All of the instructors are very professional and highly trained, they knew exactly when to push you and when not. Just completed a 6 week plan with squad fitness. I was so impressed I have taken out membership for me and enrolled hubby on a 6 week transformation too! The staff are knowledgeable, approachable and care about your journey. They give you confidence in not only yourself but using the equipment too. I have learnt about nutrition, new equipment and touched on the science of working out and the benefits. My weights down and my strength and stamina have vastly improved. I am much happier in myself too. I was very nervous about joining but Terry at my induction put my mind at rest, I was placed in the capable hands of Mandy as my PT who is caring with a no bullsh*t approach is exactly who I needed �. Hi Angie, apologies for the misunderstanding. We have a strict no card, no entry policy to protect the safety of our members. As pointed out, we know you as a regular member and were let in to use the gym whilst pointing out that in future a deposit would be required to obtain a new card. I am just finishing my six week programme at Squad Fitness, Hornchurch. I have been looked after by Sky who is a fantastic motivator and Personal Trainer. I have lost many inches and weight together with gaining knowledge on clean eating, nutrition and safe exercise. I have participated in all classes run by Mandy and Sky who are amazing. I plan to continue after my six weeks and am looking forward to adding the boxercise and boot camp classes to my weekly work out.
