I am just finishing my six week programme at Squad Fitness, Hornchurch. I have been looked after by Sky who is a fantastic motivator and Personal Trainer. I have lost many inches and weight together with gaining knowledge on clean eating, nutrition and safe exercise. I have participated in all classes run by Mandy and Sky who are amazing. I plan to continue after my six weeks and am looking forward to adding the boxercise and boot camp classes to my weekly work out.
Thank you Sky and Mandy for getting me fit, lighter and happier.
