Got a 1 hour session with Natalie to work on my knee for ACL type rehabilitation.
She was very thorough and practical in her approach.
Both the massage and exercises given gave me both pain relief and a plan to support my knee properly and get back up to speed!
Highly recommend to anyone who wants a passionate physiotherapist.
