I've used SB Sports Massage regularly for several years, they offer excellent service and advice. Their deep tissue massages have been invaluable in my rehab from a shoulder injury and generally keeping my back in good shape. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Joe is really knowledgeable and is helping me a lot with pain in my shoulder & neck at the moment - including some exercises to help. I work a stressful desk job, so often don’t sit properly & the massages are helping a lot. I’m always asked how I’m getting on before we start, so he knows where to focus.
