We have dealt with City Vehicle management on several occasions to arrange the pickup and servicing of our car.Each time they have provided an extremely friendly, professional and refreshingly open service, taking away all the hassle and time involved in car servicing. They look after their customers best interests, which is more than can be said for many garages carrying out repair work.Overall, they offer a considerably more cost effective and personal service than the main dealer garages, at a fraction of the cost. I have been a member for over a year and, during that period, I have used the services of City Vehicle Management many times. Whilst I love cars (and bikes), I have very little knowledge of them or time to deal with the day-to-day running or buying/selling of my cars. The CVM team have always been extremely helpful, they have really taken the hassle out of car ownership for me and crucially, they have actually saved me money through their network of contacts in the industry and their sound advice. I was introduced to this company through a friend and can't rate them highly enough. They take all the stress out of car ownership and are a professional and very slick set-up. I have also used their car buying service where they found me my dream car, had it mechanically checked over, collected it and delivered it to my office (with a ribbon on it!). I joined this car concierge company last year as I don't have a lot of time (or expertise) to keep my car in check and these guys take care of all the hassle of car ownership, including MOTs and repairs. They have been great to deal with so far and have provided a very friendly and efficient service to date. Before I joined i got a quote from a couple of garages to carry out the repairs that the MOT stated i needed, and CVM quote was by far the cheapest and they also picked up my car and returned once repaired... all in all hassle free and good value.
