Best ever 1st time experience at Spoilt Rotten Dog Grooming Pinner.Our Cockapoo dog hair was badly matted. We are new in the area and and have been trying to find an available slot at any groomer. When I called Spoilt Rotten Dog, I have explained our situation and Brittany has been very helpful and she put us on cancellation list. After 2nd try we managed to find an available slot. When I take my dog to new groomers I always feel little worried (you know what i mean). My husband took her to SRDG and show picture of the style and explain the rest grooming details. When I went back home Mocha looked amazing. My husband said she was really happy when he picked her up. The hair was shorter than we have requested but we were expecting a short cut due to matted hair. Clear of all the matted parts and the face was groomed exactly the way we have requested. We cannot praise Natasha and her team enough!! I never write reviews online but we are so impressed and happy with the results. Our dog has had behavioural issues in the past with known aggressive tendencies and nervousness, making it impossible to groom him! Within seconds of seeing Natasha, he was on his back getting a belly rub and so excited to see her - unheard of!? She really is like the Pied Piper for dogs!We cannot thank or recommend you enough - the difference in our dog's temperament is unrecognisable (in just 24 hours!) After recently moving to Wembley and discovering it’s not the best place to have a dog services (ie vets/ groomers etc), I was tearing my hair out trying to find a groomer for Thor and by chance mentioned this to a lady I met and she recommended Spoilt Rotten! So happy! Thor was literally spoilt rotten from the moment we got to the salon and he LOVED every minute of his groom! Lovely groomers on the high street in Pinner. The staff are very Friendly and helpful. Aaron cuts my shitzu and does a lovely job she always looks cute when he is finished with her.
