FRAUD - THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT TURN UP! £900

We have recently booked Darren from Spit and Grill to cater our wedding. This has turned into one of the biggest mistakes of our lives so far.
After eventually organising most of the details with Darren we were happy and paid our deposit in November 2018.
Come February 2019, Me and my partner had one or two simple questions about our BIG DAY but a month and a half later ... we have had no reply, no contact , no response on any sort of platform! I have been trying relentlessly and consistently to contact anyone from this company since the 22nd of February and haven't had any real response, we had one cryptic message about his phone being left in the office but it just seems like excuses as we have heard nothing since.
We are desperately trying to make contact with Spit and Grill in order to simply get our original deposit back now and put this whole nightmare behind us, organising a wedding is stressful at best, but when one of the biggest parts of the day has simply taken off like a criminal in the night with my hard earned money it has added to this tenfold.
Please rectify this Spit and Grill by Sunday 31st March 2019.

Possibly the best crackling in the world!!!!!
Literally nothing but praise for this company who catered for my wedding. Both lovely guys, so polite and helpful. Everyone loved it. Book them asap!!!
