Q: Why should we hire you?

A: Great question. You should hire us because we are experienced DJs, Master of Ceremonies, and music enthusiast and have performed at least 1000 Events, AND I have a passion for weddings. I am friendly, courteous, professional, punctual, and present!.

Q: How do we know that you will provide the service that we really want?

A: We listen! All of our events have extensive planning forms created to allow you to plan your party, the way you want it to be. Our full-time event coordinators will personally assist you ahead of time to go over all of the music details, event details and planning to ensure that we provide you just what you envision. We love happy clients and work hard to keep you happy!

Q: What types of events do you DJ?

A: We love deejaying and sharing our musical interests at any given opportunity. We have played at a variety of events including: Weddings, Major Corporate Events, Fashion Shows, PR Events, Art Gallery Openings, Graduations, Private House Parties, as well as our gig residencies at Hotel Bars & Dance Clubs.

Q: Can I meet the DJ before and/or after I book my event?

A: Yes, depending on your location. Communication is essential for planning a successful event for you and your guests. We work with clients from start to finish servicing all your needs. Personal meetings can be set up with the DJ based on your availability.

Q: How will your DJ be dressed?

A: Our DJ will always be dressed appropriately for your event. For most weddings and corporate events our DJs will be in a suit, or shirt, tie, and jacket. We would never want our DJs to dress in a manner that draws more attention to us than to you. As well, there may be events where you want your DJ in a tux, or in jeans, or dressed specifically for your occasion, just let us know.

Q: Do you take requests?

A: Definitely. The more input you provide us, the better. Learning about your musical tastes helps us to tailor the ambiance of your special occasion. Our catalogue of music is absolutely enormous and we are constantly updating our selections on a regular basis. Upon booking us as your DJ entertainment, we will provide you with a password to access our Client area only and you'll be able to do Song Requests from our MUSIC DATABASE that allows you to submit as many songs as you like as well as indicate specific ceremonial songs, such as Father/Bride Dance, Cake Cutting, Bouquet Tossing, etc.,.

Q: What type of music is available?

A: Our library is over 100,000+ songs: 60's. 70's, 80's, 90's, Big Band, Swing, Next Generation Swing, R&B, Jazz, Blues, Disco, Oldies, Motown, Alternative, Freestyle, Pop, Top40, Rock, Soul, Country, Club Music, Hip Hop, R&B, Mash-Ups, Electro, Techno, Progressive, Underground Club, Reggae, House, Trance, Funk, Ballroom Dances such as Rumba, Cha- Cha, Tango, Fox Trot, Waltz, Ethnic Music such as Polkas, Irish Jigs, Horas, Greek Line Dances, Tarantellas, a Latin library with Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Mariachi, Norteñas, Corridos, The now sound as Downtempo, Lounge, Nu-Jazz, Nu-Bossa, Trip Hop, Acid Jazz, Breakbeats and many more. Q: Do you have all the latest hits?

A: We update our music library weekly. If there's anything We don't have, that you need, we'll get it.

Q: Can you do the announcements at our event?

A: I prefer keeping announcements "short and sweet". I am an entertainer, not a "showboat", and I will not compromise the flow and elegance of your wedding event. I am fun and exciting and will certainly keep things moving.

Q: What type of equipment do your DJs provide?

A: We only use state-of-the-art equipment from leading manufacturers including: Technics, Pioneer, Rane, QSC, Yamaha, Mackie, and Yorkville. We inspect all of our equipment before every event to ensure high quality sound and customer satisfaction.

Q: Do you carry backup equipment?

A: YES!! We bring and set up a full backup sound system and music to each and every event. We feel ALL DJ's should have backup equipment with them at all times for your peace of mind.

Q: How can I secure SPIN DJ EVENTS for my event?

A: Securing a date is simple. The first step is to check your Event Availability and then proceed by filling out information regarding your event in order to receive an instant quote. Afterwards we will contact you and a contract will be made outlining specific details of your event as well as payment arrangements. Once we have received your signed contract along with the retainer fee, SPIN DJ EVENTS Entertainment will secure the date of your event.

Q: Will you provide a written entertainment agreement?

A: It is very important to confirm your booking in writing. Terms should be clearly defined in the agreement. Specifics of location, times, rates, packages, method of payment, terms, extension of time, and other pertinent information should be listed in the written agreement to protect both parties.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: We accept only accept Cash, Money Orders or Cashier Checks.

Q: Do you have references?
A: Yes, we do have references. Out of respect for our clients' privacy, references are available upon request.
