How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Full assessments are made to see how they move so we can prescribe the most effective exercises. Also body composition tests are done to establish current levels of body fat, which are complete every 4- 8 weeks depending on the clients needs. Using the most effective exercises and methods for dropping body fat, gaining muscle or improving athletic performance we give our clients the most 'Bang for their Buck'.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is THE most important factor when dropping body fat or gaining muscle. A bad exercise program done consistently will give better results than a perfect one done occasionally. This applies to nutrition and all aspects of life too. Consistency is King!
What do you love most about your job?
I love knowing that I have made somebody more confident, happier and more free to do whatever they please.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It gives me the opportunity to reach more people and help as many as possible. It cuts out the middle man and also potential poor advice etc. I know that I can get more people on the right track and the more direct contact I can with people means I can speak to them and help them without the rubbish that may come first from a 3rd party.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe in educating all of my clients to the point where they can happily stand on their own two feet. I am confident that I can get anybody to smash their goals beyond expectation as long a they put in the graft.
