Finally found a therapist that is firm enough do actually do something! AND who can work around baby :)
Steve comes to my home while baby naps and deals with it effortlessly if she wakes unexpectedly and has to join us in front room!
As a runner I am incredibly tight in my legs and have the usual motherhood issues of shlepping a 12k lump around a lot! And Steve address both really well :) totally worth the money and my husband likes his work too!

I turned to Steve to help get my parents who are in their early 60s fitter and stronger. They both needed motivation and a lot of encouragement which I must say Steve has been excellent with. They are enjoying their weekly work out and are being introduced to new exercises.

The idea was as a 12 week trial but I suspect my parents will want to continue beyond that which is great. Mum and Dad really like Steve's style and rave on about him which is lovely to hear!

I have 14 years experience training and massaging clients. As a keen runner who has completed 5 marathons, I realise the importance of achieving goals.
I always give my clients 100 percent and make sure I keep a check of nutrition habits on a weekly basis. Nutrition is usually the reason most people fail in there goals.
My sessions are always varied and fun. I train weights myself, circuits and run so I have the experience to help endurance athletes to those looking to lose weight. I used to be in to bodybuilding and work at a strength and conditioning gym so I have the knowlwgdge abd foundation to cover clients looking to achieve muscle and strength.

Diet and hard work.
Training needs to be varied and changed so your body doesn't adapt. Weight training will increase muscle and speed your metabolic rate. Cardio will burn calories, reduce stress and keep you healthy.
You can train in a 150 pound a month gym but you wont change if you don't train hard and change habits.

Seeing results and changing clients lifes, not just physically but mentally. Stress, depression and anxiety can all be helped with training nutrition and sports massage.

I like being my own boss. I am enthusiastic with training and my work involves helping and training others. I know have clients who are friends so I do not look at work as a business most of the time.

I am always here through text or watts app if you have any questions or support. I can train you once a week- 5 times a week but change in lifestyle and diet will take time and change and I will be there every step of the way. If you fail, I fail and I don't like to fail.
