THANK YOU Spas, Pools & Patio for our wonderful new salt water pool and enclosure -- we love it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING TO PUT IN A POOL OR SPA. Their design help was really appreciated. It enabled us to pick a pool that met our needs and worked with our available space. They committed to a delivery date & the pool showed up THAT DAY. Contractors were excellent, taking great pride in their work. The project manager was on-site, and either he or the workers would tell us when someone would be returning, if they were going to miss a day. The owners visited the project and personally picked up some of the scrap. Our pool finished a week or so beyond schedule, but that was due to hitting water on our lot and hard rain when ready to pour concrete -- not the fault of the pool company. Purchased a new in ground pool with attached Spa in March. When we had any issues the owner came to check it out himself-even stood in heavy rain trying to reprogram the pump. Their dedication to customer care is way beyond the norm. Communication seems to be the only area that could use refreshed. We have a beautiful, remarkable pool. Central Florida Pools just finished resurfacing my pool deck with pavers and building walkways and a dining patio in my pool garden area. I cannot recommend them too highly. Their sales staff had great ideas, good follow through and the installers were master craftsmen. The finished product was beyond my original expectations. I decided to start cleaning our own pool after not having the results I wanted with a pool service, the girls here helped me get my pool into beautiful condition better than it has ever been, their knowledge of pools and chemicals is fantastic, every week I take a water sample in which is FREE and the girls check it , they explain to me what I need to do and I do what they tell me and the results are great I have a sparkling pool which only requires minimal maintenance and the confidence that my pool is as safe/clean as it could be, the prices are competitive and the service is unbeatable. I purchased a Healthmate Sauna from Spas, Pools & Patio a couple of months ago. I have been extremely pleased in their knowledge, service, prices. I researched sauna for 4 months before I bought one. These are the highest quality sauna for the best price. They even bring it to your house and set it up, and teach you how to use it. I have candida and a fungus skin infection. I use the sauna everyday- sometimes twice a day. And it has helped beyond belief. My skin is clearing up so nice. I also had a abscess/infection under my skin on my leg. My husband wanted me to go to the dr. to get it cut open and cleaned, but after a week in the sauna it is almost gone. It gets smaller every time I use it. The sauna help the lymph system so much! We purchased a used Hot Springs Prodigy from this store three days ago. The spa was delivered as promised, very clean but there was a problem with the heating element. The store sent out a tech and he was able to resolve the issue very quickly. The purchasing experience was good, the service (so far) has been outstanding.
