I found this service via British Gas Local Heroes. Having posted on the website about a light fitting issue. Matt got in touch fairly quickly and ask for further details. So responding to his request the original quote dropped on the detail information. Great!
Within 48hrs he'd call to say and I quote "Sorry for the call but I'm a hour early. Can I come over?"�. It's a rarity in the service industry that someone rings with good news.
The work was done within the best part of a hour with everything thing working and back stories exchanged. We parted ways.
