Sparkles is amazing. She did face painting, balloon animals/swords, and magic for our son's 4th birthday in San Diego. We had children aging from 1 to 10 at the party, and all of the kids loved her. The magic act was hysterical. I appreciate that she works as an entrepreneur vs as part of a larger company that provides any character/princess you want for a birthday party. The large companies are great, but there's something very endearing and thoughtful about an entertainer who has created her own act, from start to finish. This was our first time booking a clown/magician. We had been renting bounce houses, but with 3 kiddos and birthdays throughout the year, that gets tiring! We were a little nervous because my 2 youngest are super shy around strangers, but talking to Lauren put me at ease. She is so friendly and nice! Come time of the party, she took time to really put the kids at ease (ages 2-9)! The entertainment was great, and the balloon art/face painting was way beyond expectations. My kids won't stop talking about her (my super shy 4 year old says she wants beautiful Sparkles to come to her next party!), as well as our guests. And we found out that she performs at our local library, so will be checking that out to see Sparkles again :) More...

I checked out a couple different spots to hire a clown for my daughter's 5th birthday & we ended up finding Sparkles the clown co. I looked for professionalism while of coarse being a great entertainer for the kids as well as affordable. We got Ruby Star as our clown & the package we chose was the one with facepainting, magic show, & balloons. My daughter loved it! Ruby Star made my little girl feel special & made her the center of attention (with it being her birthday so she deserves it!), the kids also had all eyes on her while everything was going on. I loved that Ruby Star even stayed a bit longer to fulfill every kids needs. She's such a sweet person and I really liked having her. I definitely recommend her! More...

Today, "Sparkles the Clown" visited my family childcare & the children LOVED her. She entered my home with a friendly hello to the children & immediately started her program. The children were engaged the whole time, while she did magic & a bubble show. She made all the children feel special. Sparkles was amazing she works well with children very friendly, and approchable the kids loved her!!!!! She does amazing face paintings and for the 2 hr time frame she painted almost 18 kids faces with alot of detail, and was able to do detailed ballon art. How long have you been interested in magic?
I have been performing children's magic shows for over 25 years. Graduated from collage and became a full time entertainer. I 've performed shows all over the world including, Dubai, and all lover the United States.
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
Sparkles magic show is a whimsical 45 minutes of laughter , variety entertainment. some, magic , some juggling and some puppetry. and a whole lot of fun.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the magical energy that goes between myself and my audience when I have them laughing so much!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this business right out of college, and its never stopped. I ran a big children's entertainment company for many years, and now, I am doing more travel performing.

We put on a quality , funny show.! We take pride in learning our craft and adding new things all the time. We are easy to work with, show up early or on time and do a great job!
