I used Sparkle & Shine recently when selling my car.Paul was a very friendly, decent guy and I appreciated the evening service - knowing he was based near to my home. He also gave useful advice on cleaning as well as scratch repair, which is great to know for future reference.I am very pleased with the Silver Valet, getting into all the nooks and crannies. Paul agreed to valet and polish my car at the last minute. There were a few bad scratches to the paintwork, one of which went from the wing, the front and the rear door. I was looking for a reputable valet company to do a thorough valet on my lease car before it’s inspection. Paul was the first to call me back and understood exactly what I wanted. They popped round to see my car first as it has a couple of scratches that I wanted them to look at - inside and out. They fitted me in at my convenience. Sparkle and Shine came to our house and valeted my BMW 5 Series estate. Unfortunately my wife’s nine year old nephew had vomited all over the back seat and carpet on our way to Monkey World the previous day. Although I had done an emergency clean up, Paul the company owner, did a first class job on the car, making it really look and more importantly smell like new. I had the Gold service which took him about 3 hours and in that time we were able to get on with things at home.
