Hi, I am a Guild certified, registered and insured therapeutic massage practitioner, offering treatments through Hambledon Health, Natural Health Clinic, in Blandford Forum and can also provide a mobile service. I am qualified to teach a form of movement called Somatics, which can help you manage your own pain, improve posture and 'free up' the body. Increasingly I am using this within massage sessions to provide a full & encompassing treatment for my clients.

My call out fee is £10 which covers travel time and petrol. I offer seated acupressure using either a massage chair or desk/tabletop massage system (which suits older clients or those with less mobility). My menu also includes therapeutic treatments which consists of a combination of Swedish and shiatsu moves tailored to your particular needs, and also various Lava Shell treatments. Lava Shells are a self heating massage tool which allow me to provide a completely gentle & relaxing session, or deep tissue work including cryotherapy (cold shell) to aid tissue repair. Lava Mama is the perfect treatment for pregnant ladies (in their second and third trimesters only) or post natal 'me time'. Length of treatments range from 10 minute acupressure 'tasters' for group bookings, such as corporate or Hen Parties etc, to 40/50/60 and 90 min treatments depending on requirements to be discussed with client at time of booking.

I am also a consultant for the superior quality skincare/spa brand Temple Spa and can provide facials either in stand alone treatments or combined with a massage.

A full health history is taken on initial visit (time of appointment is around 90mins in order to discuss fully) and thorough Covid-19 precautions are undertaken at all times.
