I used sound services to hire a compact Funktion one package to use at Bar 512 in London. This was the package that was recommended to me by them and it was worth every penny.

I needed my ageing Technics SL 150 repaired and couldn't find anyone brave enough to take it on. It was a long shot but I tried Sound Services and I was bloody glad I did.
Not only did they find the fault, they spent a lot of time fixing the problem and others that they spotted when they had the deck opened up.
At all times they were honest, fair and if something screwed up, they fixed it and more. That is true customer service.
Happy to recommend them for service, engineering ability and fairness.
