We had a family photoshoot booked in with Sophie at the end of August and it was so much fun! Sophie was amazing with our little girl and caught some lovely family photos which we will cherish forever. Oh wow! What a fantastic afternoon spent with Sophie. I learned SO MUCH in just 3 hours on her flatlay photography course and was able to ask all my questions due to the small class size. Sophie shared all her photography secrets and I now feel fully equipped to be able to take my own photos of my own brand and work (biscuits) without having to buy a whole load of expensive equipment and props! Have recently had a newborn shoot with Sophie for my daughter and we are thrilled with the final pictures. Sophie is passionate about her work and has a great variety of props. Sophie took her time and was led by my daughter's comfort needs with feeds and changing. She also had amazing patience with my boisterous 2yr son who joined for sibling pics! Where do we even start? When booking Sophie and Ben we were made to feel at ease straight away. We were invited round to their house where they went through all the details. Between that and the wedding day whenever any questions were asked Sophie got back to me straight away. On the actual day Sophie and Ben made our wedding day perfect. They joined us in the morning during both mine and Seans preparations and straight away captured the special moments without us even realising! The photos are so natural and that all comes down to their warm and relaxing yet professional approach. They really know their stuff! I would hugely recommend anyone to use them as I feel they really captured our day fantastically but also became part of our day and without them it wouldn’t have been the same. I highly recommend Sophie. When I was planning my proposal to my now fiancé I spoke to Sophie to discuss my plans- Sophie was fantastic at helping to settle my nerves and make great suggestions such as timing of the day to ensure the sun was in a perfect position to capture the perfect photos. The photos make it look like we were the only ones on the beach they look great. Sophie was excellent from start to finish and captured the moment that I proposed perfectly. Sophie is really wonderful and a great photographer and teacher. She is friendly and puts you at ease when first meeting straight away. I joined her for a flatlay workshop at the weekend and came away totally inspired. Sophie made me realise that I didn't need any fancy equipment, a professional studio or expensive camera to create creative flatlays but I can embrace my small space and use items I have already. After knowing Sophie through the the wedding world, when chatting a a local wedding fair I discovered she also did newborn baby shoots, being 36 weeks Pregnant whilst exhibiting at the fair it was a complete no brainier to book there and then! Just loved the whole experience, Kasper was luckily a dream and very cooperative with the positions and prop used. Loved the diversity of colours, pops and positions. The pictures then came swiftly afterwards and we just love them! I just wish I had done new born shoots with the other four children I have. I had such a fantastic day with Sophie during one of her Portrait workshops. Sophie had so much time for us and answered all our questions no matter how crazy they might have sounded. What I really loved was using Sophie's home as a studio and learning some neat tricks of using what you have around you. We then headed out on location (braved the weather) and got a completely different insight into photography. We really got the best of both! Sophie and Ben were so helpful in both the build up and on our wedding day last year. They captured the most wonderful photos throughout the day including every little detail we wanted. We were also able to have an engagement shoot with them before our wedding which helped ease us into having our photos taken. We had so many compliments from our friends and family about how well they fitted in with everyone without intruding on what was such a special day. Sophie and Ben captured the photos of our wedding in 2015. We met up with Sophie the year before for an engagement shoot in Christchurch which was a lot of fun. Then we had a meeting at the venue with the two of them and they were so friendly and had some great ideas for photos etc. One the day they were both fab, took some amazing photos of the guests without us really noticing them around and really captured the feel of our day. Sophie and Ben really are the best photographers we could have wished for and if we were to make the decision again we wouldn't hesitate to chose them. We are waiting for our album to be printed but we have seen the draft layout and couldn't be happier. The pictures we have are amazing and are loved by all our friends and family. The service and quality is exceptional and Sophie replies very quickly answering all of our questions. On our special day they were so chilled and relaxed around us making our day stress free. Well, what can I say apart from wow!!
