After my house was broken into, Sonitrol immediately scheduled me an appointment to have my security system installed. Terry was professional, courteous and helpful. He was also compassionate. He trained me on how to use the system before leaving. Marshall then called me to help me set up the app so that I can monitor the system from anywhere. I definitely feel safer.
