I have been training with Holly for 18 months and have no plans to stop. I had never set foot in a gym until my first PT session. Lacked so much confidence in myself and my abilities and just had no motivation at all. I didn't like my post baby body - my stomach stuck out and my back always ached. Fast forward to now and I absolutely love working out. I feel stronger and my whole body shape has changed. Holly gave me encouragement and motivation to carry on when I thought I couldn't do it. Holly is awesome at what she does and pushes you to your limits whilst having fun every time. I was a 5 time a week gym goer a couple of years ago but have drifted since the end of last year with diet and gym. It'll click back soon!.. But it says a lot that I'm still motivated to stick with Holly twice a week until everything else falls into place to match She's just a generally lovely person too so I look forward to our sessions. My fiancé and I are being saved (there is no other word) one week at a time by Hollys training and nutrition plan to get us looking our best for our wedding in November - she makes the sessions at our home interesting, challenging and most importantly, actually enjoyable so that we can and want to replicate it on our own later in the week around other (light) exercise. I Started training with Holly in February 2017. I hadn't stepped foot in a gym for years and was over weight and out of shape. 6 months later I'm 2 stone lighter and feel so much fitter it's unreal. I have been training with Holly for a few months with the goal of strengthening up for my yoga practice. Surprised to say I have really enjoyed being in the gym! ! Can't recommend Holly enough! Haven't felt comfortable being in a gym alone or with a PT until I met Holly. Holly is great at motivating you through sets and adapting the programme to get the best out of you. I always enjoy my sessions with holly! She is calm and professional and adjusts her excercises to suit my needs as I have some joint pain sometimes, my core strength has improved greatly and overall I feel much fitter and stronger. Ive been training with Holly for 6 months now and I can honestly say I feel and look great, the best I've looked in years. I can finally fit in old dresses that I was so close to throwing away but with the help I've had with my personal diet, training and seeing Holly 3 times a week this has been possible. I have recently had personal training sessions with holly in my home in preparation for my holiday. I needed to loose some weight and tone up a bit. Both were achieved in the 8 weeks prior to my holiday and I felt much more confident in my bikini.Holly was motivating all the way and gave me some great nutritional advice which I will try to keep to in the future. Planning and tracking progress is important, but by making sessions fun as well as goal-specific, the aim is that you will stop seeing training as a chore and start seeing it as a way of life, changing peoples overall lifestyles is important to me, its not about getting your summer body in 6 weeks, its about setting your self up for a fitter, healthier daily routine hopefully the rest of your life.

There is no secret...Just a lot of false information forced on you by the media! Train hard, train correct for your goals, and no you can't out-train a bad diet! If you're following silly fad diets or buying loads of unnecessary supplements we're going to have to have a serious chat!

Happy clients! When clients really listen to my advice, put maximum effort into both their training and their diet, they get results! Helping someone achieve their fitness goals or making people feel better about their body image is truly the best feeling.

My clients matter to me. I'll never see you as a walking pay cheque, more likely as a friend, and nobody wants to see you succeed more than I do.
