Where do I start with this amazing woman?! Firstly, when discussing the brief, I was not sure that anyone could be more excited than me about my design ideas for my wedding invitations but Amanda sure trumped me (I think it was the alpacas that did it)!
Give her some ideas and she will work her magic on something so unique and stunningly beautiful.
The end result is better than I ever could have imagined and the feedback from our guests is that they are the most colourful and quirky invitations they have ever seen.

Where do I start... Amanda was super amazing with all my wedding stationary. Not only did she do our invitations but she did a bespoke design for our table plan and table numbers but kept it in with the invite design. My partner is a massive Tottenham fan and when I told her what he wanted as our table plan she got so excited and couldn’t wait to start designing. When she sent the proof across to make sure my partner and I was happy, I was amazed by it. It was so much more than I thought it would look like but then when the final canvas came through the post the photo definitely didn’t do the real thing justice. It was just amazing and all our guests loved it. It was a massive talking point in our wedding. What do you love most about your job?
Offering a bespoke service, my favourite thing about my job is the variety. I never know what is going to land in the inbox. From pretty florals to glitz and glam, or the union jack to an alpaca couple. No two orders are the same, and no two wedding invitations are the same, so it keeps me on my toes and gives me a lot to look forward to each day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my first business in 2007 at the age of 18; with two children under the age of 2, boredom struck and I taught myself the art of graphic design. It has to be said, there was no inspiration, and it was purely accidental. However So Betty was born after a brief stint into employment showed me how valuable the flexibility of running a business was. With 4 children, my youngest having autism and sensory processing difficulties, to be around for something as simple as 'arts and crafts morning', or the latest in a long line of school performances, was more important that I had ever realised. Now they're older, the kids love my work as much as I do, and they encourage me and inspire me daily to reach for the skies.
