Quick and friendly service. Good results.
Lovely grounds and lakes. Disappointed about egg hunt as we could only go if we paid to join the national trust which is a lot or paid £12 each. So we had very upset grandchildren. More...

Best photographer. Staff are brilliant
After visiting other copying shops in town, for some old correspondence to be scanned or copied, nobody was interested as it was fiddly. Maddie stepped up and spent hours copying the fragile documents for me and emailing them over. She went so above and beyond and I am so grateful. Exceptional customer service. More...

Friendly staff, always ready to help with printing photos. The store also very generously donates towards our local preschool's summer and winter fairs each year, which shows a great community spirit.
Lovely girls helped me today to get screenshots done when I was falling apart. Needed pictures for the pricey solicitor appointment and couldnt fathom the machine. Thank you for your patience.
I found the staff at the Ealing branch to be very help and extremely friendly.
There always willing to go that extra mile for you.
I couldn't disagree more with the previous comment. I was in the shop today and the staff were really friendly and more than helpful - they can't help the size of the shop! I'll definitely be going back!
Excellent quality, outstanding pricing () and I never had such a great time in a photo shop before!
These people seem consistently excellent. The big fellow in charge runs a happy ship and it is born out in the experience.

Very good service and good staff who know what is required for different visas etc. Very helpful and fast. Very reasonable prices.
Absolutely brilliant and highly recommend to ppl .
I went here after several unsuccessful attempts at getting an accurate passport photo that met UK regulations. The process took all of 2 minutes. The photos came out really well in just one shot. However I went home and became paranoid that my head wasn't the right size so I went back. The lady assured me that the size was correct by measuring it but since I was so nervous she redid the photos for me anyway. She cut the photos out perfectly and of my 6 attempts which included another 'professionally' taken picture , this photo is the one the officer chose and is in my passport today. I really appreciated the understanding and the overall customer service at this branch. Very polite, helpful staff and decently priced service too. More...
Amazing staff, nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have been using Snappy Snaps in Mayfair for 17 years Scott and his team have been incredible - their printing services are great - 10/10 thanks guys always my number 1 ❤️
I had some passport photos done and the quality far exceeded their cost. I previously had some done at a machine, ten years of misery every time I opened my passport. It is lovely to finally be able to put it behind me! More...
I love this place so much! They have saved my bum on so many occasions. The staff are lovely, super sensible and helpful. They have done lovely work on the mugs and prints I've ordered, doing them in super fast time, doing a very nice job designing them and they've offered very sensible discounts when I've asked for very large orders.
This review applies to baby id pictures + general. As its quite challenging to get your one month old to keep still and with open eyes on demand, i sent snappy snaps a few pictures via email. They chise the best one, formatted it and the passport pictures were ready to pickup 30 mns later. At pickup the people were lovely, the place neat. All happened quickly and efficiently. Will definitely go back ans recommend. More...
Popped in here for visa photos at my lunch. Great service - they had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Prices are very reasonable too. Easy as pie!
Fab,Friendly, fast service in the Colchester store today!
I needed some photos developed in a hurry for my flatmate who was due to leave the country the next day and i was getting really stressed out about it because I'd left everything to the last minute. I got there just before closing time the evening before I needed them. Their printer was broken so the estimate on when they would be done by was one day too late but seeing how stressed out I was, they went out of their way to take them to another branch to be developed and then brought back, so they were ready the next day. Amazing quality too. I am ridiculously grateful! Would definitely recommend them! More...
I needed to get my passport renewed and as per my usual last minute style, I remembered exactly 6 weeks before I'm next travelling (which is how long they say it will take eek). Despite having a particularly lazy day appearance-wise (of all the days to wear zero make up and not wash my hair!) I had no choice but to get some photos taken.Being painted bright yellow on the outside, this place had stuck in my head when walking past. I wandered in and asked one of the three staff members if they took passport pics. She asked me to follow her downstairs where they have a plain coloured background and lighting set up to take them straight away. It took me ages to take all my layers off from the cold outside; I found myself automatically making small talk to fill the silence, but the woman holding the camera clearly wasn't a fan. It was actually a little disconcerting how silent she was. By this time I was too embarrassed to ask to check my hair (so my own fault there's a little tuft sticking out of the side of my ponytail in the pics). I was also was smiling far too much in an attempt to cover my awkwardness, which you're not supposed to do in passport photos, meaning we had to take three. By the third one I actually had to think of something really dark (like, even worse than Mufasa dying) to keep a straight face.Back upstairs we went and the unsmiling but extremely efficient lady printed my mug shots from one of the machines. She then stamped each of them out at the correct size using a handy pre-sized rectangular cutter and charged me £10 for 6. In total I couldn't have been there more than 10 minutes which seemed amazingly snappy service to me, and the part that took the longest was me taking off and on my coat/scarf/mittens. You probably don't have that default nervous smile issue like I do either so would be even quicker. My only suggestion is to give us the option of paying for 2 photos rather than making you print 6. It's bad enough that one of them will stay with me for the next ten years every time I travel, but nobody needs to see the other 4 so they're a bit of a waste. Still, I'm very grateful to this place for making an annoying last min task almost too easy to be true - now let's just hope the passport arrives in time! More...
Nandi was so patient and kind with my twins whilst getting their passport photos taken and didn't give up until she got the perfect picture. Thank you to the other ladies in the shop too. Very professional xXx More...

Amazing place, everyone was extremely helpful and absolutely the friendliest people. The presentation and style of the interior is great and after the first print, it's very well priced and I was able to get the images I needed for a project to perfection with their help. I always use Snappy Snaps as the manager is very friendly and helpful and the service is quick with great results. The online service is great as you can do it all at home and then just pop into the shop to pick up your photos.
I'm certainly glad that they are here, nothing like getting visa photos done 3 minutes away from your office. That said, it's not cheap. 19.99 for US visa or passport photos, but what can you do. The service could be friendlier. The girl (who's an intern) who took my photo was nice enough, but her mentor was a bit mean. She kept telling me "absolutely no smile", even though it's not a rule for visa photos, but only for passport photos. I tried to explain it but she wouldn't listen. It turns out these photos weren't needed for H1B renewal anyway, while my visa appointment instruction clearly stated it's required. Make up your mind US consulate! More...
I recently needed some photos done very quickly and snappy snaps were more than helpful! I was having trouble ordering just a few, and quickly through the website and the man I spoke to on the phone was really helpful!!! I emailed them across and within less than an hour I had the photos I needed! Excellent service, efficancy and great quality as always. Greatly appreciated More...
No one likes to have passport photos taken, but if you need them...you need them. And Snappy Snaps can get them to you quickly. UK passport photos are 6 for £10. Done in under 10 minutes. If you need US pictures it's pricier (and for less photos). Why? I don't know. But the UK ones, that's pretty standard and the service is better than a photobooth. Done and done! Snappy Snaps! (LOL) More...
Used these guys often and overall, great prints and great service! Been to other snappy snaps and not been super impressed but here they're really friendly and when I went back once with prints with splotches, they took the time to explain what was wrong etc. they've also reopened the door for me to pick up prints even though they'd closed.Great service makes this place my favourite photo shop! Nandi was fantastic with my three biys and me for our photo shoot, we had a great time! Thanks Nandi
Great, efficient, friendly customer service, exceptional by any standard, and truly outstanding by orders of magnitude by London standards (yes, I am saying what you think I am saying).Needed very simple job really - color printouts of 3 legal docs with charts asap for rush hand delivery. Done right away and on high quality paper. Snappy! Why is that remarkable and worthy of 5 stars? What differentiates them is the service. Immediate assistance, all 3 staff in the shop were pitching in, seeing what each customer needed and just doing it. It was like a ballet - well choreographed, seeming effortless, but actually not. All of us customers were at different stages of different types of projects, and the staff looked around, saw what was needed, proactively took appropriate action, covered for each other, picked up on customer cues, etc. and it wasn't even with a robotic, corporate, "they're-making-me-do-this-just-like-in-the-HR-training-module" after-taste. They just danced around, doing their jobs and doing them well, dealing with people as people, even cracking a few jokes, even cracking one which was actually laugh-out-loud funny. Truly refreshing. It's a hole-in-the-wall shop, but they found me a small corner to use as workspace to bind my docs, helpfully mentioned that the presentation materials I had brought with me to use (clear cover report binder with slide-on spine) might vary slightly in size, managed passport photos for another customer, dealt graciously with a very particular retail customer looking for a photo frame, were helpful and generous with their phone customers, filled in-between moments by working on other projects. Every customer interaction a 10, really impressive, especially for a small probably franchise business. And didn't even charge me an arm and a leg - very reasonable. Only thing I would change is that staff didn't hand me back my memory stick after he printed my docs for me at an open terminal, and I forgot to take it. So I had to go back. But that's it.I found it on yelp, and went there for purely geographical reasons. But it will now be a destination. More...
Walked in, told the person behind the counter I needed passport photos taken. She pointed me to a chair, grabbed a camera, took a couple photos of me, let me choose which one I liked best. Waited about 1 minute, paid, got the photos, and walked out. Couldn't have been easier. Two thumbs up. More...
Very good service.pleasant staff & reasonable prices
What happens if plan A doesn't work? It is all about having a good plan B. In my case it was getting some fotos printed out for an internal presentation. I was lucky that I found Snappy Snaps near our office. You are able to upload your pics via a free app or with a foto tool that they offer online. It took me less than 5 min to upload the pics and put the order through. By the way the software allows you to do nice collages with fun prints on them. After one hour I got a mail saying that my pics are ready to get picked up. The staff was super friendly and remade the pics after I have seen that I picked a wrong size. I was even allowed to keep the first copies of them for free. Wohoo! Looking on the prize. Snappy Snaps is pretty expensive. I payed £44 for 15 copies in 6 x 6. I don't know if these are London prizes or if this is dear. Anyways. I really enjoyed the customer service and the fact that I was able to get to a success story in case of my presentation. So four stars from my side! More...
I cannot believe I haven't reviewed this place yet! This is where I went to have my negative film developed & scanned for all my professional work. They took care to clean my negs before scanning them.Ask for Rob. He's awesome & makes sure they meet expectations!I think they now send out all scanning works to a different branch but they still do a great job!Don't go by the small, cramped interiors - they know what they are doing. I miss them horribly now that I've moved to Seattle.Just to be clear, this is the Snappy Snaps on the Mall (Ealing Broadway). More...
I've been living in London for the past 10 years and I often use this shop for all kinds of stuff from simply printing photo's from my camera and iphone to getting stuff printed up as presents (I've a couple of lovely pic's printed onto canvas) and I was always very happy with the level of service and with the staff. But the reason I'm writing this review is to let people know what they did for me when I was really stuck. My nephew was visiting from Dublin with his pal and on a night out the plonker lost his passport. We were in touch with the passport office and we needed to have suitable photo's taken asap ( there are particular guidelines that have to be followed, probably there are similar guidelines for a British Passport). I rang the shop and explained the situation and there was an Irish girl working there that day. She was on the ball with all the requirements and she took the photos for us and even stayed open later than closing to make sure we were sorted (I hope she doesn't get in trouble for that as it was beyond the call of duty!) Really Excellent service and done with a smile! Would never go anywhere else! More...
I was in London last week with my nephew visiting family and he lost his passport. We were flying with RyanAir so it was a disaster as they would only let him travel with a passport. (grrrr!)We called in to this shop to see about passport photos and we were doubly blessed because not only were they very nice and helpful, but one of the staff members was an Irish girl and she had clearly had some previous experience with this exact dilemma. She was able to steer us in all the right directions and made what was an extremely stressful situation a whole lot easier.Next time I'm over in London, I'll be sure to call in and use this snappy snap shop. It's great to see people go out of their way to help and it made a great impression. Well done to whoever trains the staff there! More...
I've used their service to develop & scan my color negative film & have never been disappointed. The scans were high quality & they always made sure the negatives were cleaned prior to scanning so they did not show dust.Friendly customer service. They used to have same day service, but not anymore. They also do passport photos. I like to go across to M&S & have a snack while I wait for the photos! More...
Came here to get some visa pictures done for a trip to Russia. The woman in the front office was super nice... and clearly knew what she was doing. She asked me where I was going, and knew what the visa picture requirements were. The whole process was super efficient.... pictures taken, selected, and printed in less than 5 minutes, with a great level of quality. It was 20£ for 8 snaps... so I figure I'm paying for rent in Shepherd's Market here... but as this place is 5mn away from my office on Berkeley Square... the hassle saved makes it all worth it.Definitely recommend this place if you need passport/visa/official photos done quickly and with a high degree of quality. Contrary to my prediction about the demise of the high street photo developer as a business, they are still going strong today. I think this is partly due to the lack of user-friendliness and quality of home photo printing (surely a business opportunity there) but also these shops have been very good at reinventing themselves. These days, you can still get the basic photo printing service and the photo machines there accept photos on almost any electronic media. Besides paper, they also print onto hats, t-shirts, keyrings, mugs and other gift items. I think they're missing a slight trick in not allowing customers to play with the images/backgrounds on screen before printing - a cinch with modern computing packages.I've also used them for converting some older videos onto DVD, which is a useful service. Having them now in digital format will hopefully fullproof them for awhile at least. My sister also popped in here on Sunday to go some photos done for a visa. The service was fast and we walked out with the 4 photos and images burnt onto disc for £7.Snappy Snaps still meet a need in this digital age and they did provide a snappy service. More...
The US Embassy recommends Snappy Snaps for baby passport photos, and they're right. These guys are PROS. They managed to get our 3 week old baby to sit still and look directly at the camera, and did everything in painstaking detail, yet very quickly before the baby had a chance to start crying. Overwhelmingly impressed.
I perefer to get my passport picture done here, and good for children photos as well.
I'm amazed that the photo industry has salvaged anything from that old print shop model that used to be in every town you went to. This place actually bustles with customers uploading images to the store's computers and clerks cranking out decent quality prints. You can go here with your phone, camera or memory stick and print up whatever you need within an hour. Neat. It's not cheap, but the service they provide is pretty good if you can't print at home, or don't want to wait a week to order online. More...

As part of the frighteningly complex process of applying for an American visa, you are now required to upload a passport photo of yourself to their official website. The instructions on how to take an appropriate photo ran to 2.5 pages with photos! So I chickened out and decided to put myself in the hand of professionals. It's increasingly difficult to find places which take passport photos but the Snappy Snap shops still offer this service. They also open early, which is useful if you work and want to pop in before work. The lady who dealt with me was knowledgeable and put my mind at rest with her confidence with knowing the requirements for the visa photo. She also took a few snaps to get a good shot.It cost me £25 for 2 physical prints and a CD with the precious digital image to upload. I had to reduce the resolution at home as the file size was initially too big but it did go through in the end.Thank you, Snappy Snaps, for reducing some of the stress of applying for my visa More...
Qype User Kristy…
The guys in this store were lovely. I was in there late one night right on closing and the machine was having issues loading the images of my CD. They were so patient especially considering I had to repeat the process numerous times because I wanted pictures in different sizes. Was impressed with Picture quality - especially the Black and whites which actually came out black and white (not slightly tinged with green or magenta which I have had from other labs). The have a reasonable range of frames etc however the store is quite small so not a huge variety. More...

Best Snappy Snaps in town. Here you get cheap prices (cheaper than other shops) and a proffesional staff who really help you with your questions. The are well friendly and the pictures are always good quality; print as well as developing! It's not the closest snappy snaps for me but it's worth going there! More...
Although I rarely print photographs these days, the digital age being upon us and all, I do pop into Snappy Snaps from time to time to pick up the occasional frame. And I have a secret. They jack up the prices in this particular branch because Islington is a chichi area. No word of a lie.Nevertheless, I took the staff to task over a frame that was £5 dearer in this branch than the Bethnal Green Road store and they happily called the cheaper store to confirm my quoted price and discounted the frame for me. Brilliant. Brilliant customer service, not a hint of reticence. If you are in the market for photograph printing services Boots does tend to be cheaper but as many photographic services in Boots are self-service a trip to Snappy Snaps may be more rewarding and much less onerous for the printing novice. Even though I am aware that most of you out there will be thinking that film is dead and it is all about the digital era nowadays, there will always be those random few people, myself included, who still cherish a good bit of film from time to time. Snappy Snaps offers a cheap, quick, and decent bit of development. With a good bit of personal stylization available as well, such as borders, glossiness, and size you can always make the images look their best. For those of you who do only swear by digital now but would like the occasional paper version of certain images, Snappy Snaps also offers some good and quick digital prints. More...
