Steve Jarvis, I am very, very concerned by your review of the company and I am very keen to sort this out for you. We ARE an authorised "main" dealer to all three major networks.
Let us be clear here:
When you first contacted us it was yourself who requested a move FROM EE and specifically to o2 network.
You paid £167 for this privilege. You then found o2 to be substandard at your home address, so we tried to help you as best we could and pointed out that you could in fact buy a signal booster, which you then sourced from elsewhere.
It didn't work (it was second hand and not an o2 registered device) yet you found complaint with ourselves.
You are, to this very day, still live on o2 AND through ourselves.
You have not sought to buy out your contract or indeed move off the o2 network back to EE, or anywhere else for that matter.
If you would like us to arrange your PAC, so you can move back to EE, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
We do not wish for you to be without a signal and it is not in our interest to supply you a handset on a network that does not work!

I moved my business mobile account to PMGC in March of this year and had a new IP phone system installed last month. What a refreshing change to deal with straight forward people who really know their stuff. I cant speak highly enough of these guys.Mobile phone and Telephone system sales calls were the bane of my life until I allowed PMGC to review my situation. Ive not looked back.since. Well done PMGC. Being able to genuinely help businesses to save money and move forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I joined Lynn (Morgan M.D.) in 2002 and have helped to take the business forward in to the fixed line and broadband sector. I believe, as with many business people, that we have always shared the common goal, or inspiration if you like, to unify communications services for customers to the best of our ability and to the simplest of resolution for them.
