What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of a client saying thank you for what we do is special. Our aim is to assist people in fully understanding the issues that they and their loved ones will face during their life and then understand what can be done to ensure that their loved ones are the only people to benefit from their life's work. Having spent years in the explaining complex matters to people in a way that they can actually understand, our clients really like that we use plain language and our documents are supported by explanations in plain language all the way through the process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There are many organisations that offer a service similar to ours. However, we specialise in making sure that the clients wishes come first rather than the bottom line. We have amassed a huge amount of experience and we believe we have a special connection with our clients that other business owners don't understand, so starting our own business enables us to demonstrate our skills our way.
Why should our clients choose you?
Not only do we have many years experience in Wills and Estate Planning, we have a financial planning background and hence understand all there is to know about how peoples finances work. Be it owning a property via a mortgage or how life assurance policies work. Our advisers are not only members of the Institute of Professional Will Writers, but some hold the Financial Planning Certificate and the Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice. As a business we are also authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to advise on protection plans such as Life Assurance Policies, Serious Illness Protection and Income Protection for example. We also specialise in assisting with Inheritance Tax and Trusts to help our clients minimise this tax on success.

Care Home Fee Planning
We will assist you in making sure that your estate isn't lost to pay for your care in later life. We will show you how to protect your assets so that you can plan ahead to make your later life as comfortable as possible without losing everything.
Inheritance Tax Planning
Inheritance Tax is a very complicated tax. Understanding it is difficult to say the least. Having a simple error in a will could result in the loss of up to £140,000.00 We will carry out an Inheritance Tax check on your current situation as part of our Will Writing service, no charge.
