Recently moved in to a new build house and after failing at installing a TV aerial myself gave these guys a call. Matt was very polite on the phone and listened when I explained the job to him. At first he booked me in for a Friday & said he would fit me in sooner if possible and sure enough the following day he rang to say he could fit me in on the Thursday and explained his colleague Harry would be doing the job. I was pleased to see when he arrived he was in a tidy van with the company logo, I was also pleased to see he had parked his van in a suitable place rather than simply dumping it somewhere that would have caused an issue with neighbors cars. As being on a new estate parking is at a premium. Once inside the property I explained everything once again and showed him where everything was. Poor lad had to go up in to the loft on a hot day but he took it in his stride. After a few hours the job was done and I've ended up getting more channels than I expected and at a great price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL AUDIO-VISUAL SERVICESI cannot praise the standard of work, professionalism and speed and efficiency of Smarthouse AV, aka Matt & co, highly enough. Even though our job was relatively straight-forward compared to Matt's obvious technical expertise in all matters Audio-Visual, he arranged to visit us very quickly due to our limited time availability. Having removed the old, corroded and malfunctioning aerial, the Smarthouse team searched for the best option (in loft or outside on roof). We were totally delighted with the reception quality and appearance of the result - we can now receive all channels with excellent reception and the aerial is much smarter and neater on the roof . The final pleasant surprise was receiving, again very efficiently, a completely reasonable invoice given the high quality or work and service provided.We cannot recommend Matt highly enough. We will certainly seek to use Smarthouse AV again when we reconfigure the building (As we expect it will be many years before needing any like-for-like replacement). Delighted! Thank you!! More...

Our rusty sky dish fell off the wall, we contacted Smarthouse. Matt came and fitted us a replacement galvanised bracket and dish at the first opportunity when we were back down in Cornwall despite him being very busy on that day, great service, excellent job and all for the same price as our last non galvanised dish, thank you Matt

Problems with Freeview reception were soon analysed and alternative remedies were suggested. On agreeing the method and the cost, Mathew did a speedy and first class job of fixing my faults I now have superb Freeview HD reception from a loft aerial. Good job. Would recommend.

This is the third time Matt has done work for me. He is a very industrious, fast and accurate tradesman with a great attention to detail. His knowledge of a complex subject is remarkable and if he doesn't know - he asks. On this occasion he fitted a wall mounted plasma tv to a wall, added an Apple TV, fitted a Sonos music system and extended it to reach the garden and also added an extender to my internet for same reason.
