We used smart ride for return transfer for our holidays, excellent service received, on time and price was really good. When we arrived at Manchester airport our daughter realised she’d left her handbag in the minibus, I called them straight away, they had it and promised to keep it safe until they collected us a week later. I used this service for the first time today and have to say I was very impressed. The switch board was very polite and professional. I could see who and where my driver was on route and received a message to give me the details of the car, reg plate and driver when it had arrived at the pick up point. Great service on New Years Eve. Trapped in Manchester when an incident closed train station. Your lovely driver, who had taken us to the Metro earlier, and was waiting for us at the station to take us home later, rang to see if we were ok and needed any assistance. Fantastic service!
