Let me tell you as simply as I possibly can....
Darren at Small Biz Geek is amazing at the techie stuff. :)
While being a pretty good knitter, I must say, I am terrible at the tech stuff!
I almost threw in my towel and gave up on the whole website & social media world before the Small Biz Geek came into my world. I don't even remember how I found him. I think on a help forum for tech stuff.

Long story short.... I hired the Small Biz Geek and to my amazement in a short period of time Darren had all my bugs straightened out on my website. He even went above and beyond the call and created an hour long video tutorial showing me the back end of my website site and what he did and what I could do in the future to help my site.
Seriously, he did not have to do that, but he did! I Trust Darren not only with all my tech issues, but with my passwords as well.... NOW that says a lot!

Thanks Darren for everything you have done to keep me on track... You will always be my GO TO TECH GUY!!!!
In case you think I'm a paid spokes person for Darren (LOL), which I am not, here is the link to my very real website. If you know anyone that wants to learn to knit send them my way, if you know of anyone in need of some tech help send them to the Small Biz Geek! I do!

When I had issues with a website, which I was creating, I contacted Darren to find out if he could resolve the issue. I was really grateful to Darren, for offering his support, especially as it was no fault of his own; he hadn't even met me! Not only did Darren email me support, he also offered to work on the website. When fixed he also created video's specifically to demonstrate to me how to fix that problem and offer other valuable support, relating to the website and hosting. The problem was resolved really quickly and illustrated how much knowledge Darren has in the internet. Darren was genuinely helpful and resolved issues at a very reasonable price. Thank you Darren for your support. More...

We must complete a project questionnaire together.

Learning new things, improving my skills, taking pride in the work and helping others. It sounds glib, but it's true.
