I started training with Chris a little while ago and have to say I cannot fault him! He works at a pace that is comfortable to me whilst still pushing me to the max! The exercises are varied and keep me on my toes. He is constantly appraising positive improvements and I can really feel the difference already! I couldn't recommend it more! Thanks Chris :) More...

Had such a great 3 months working with Stephanie Masters I didn't want it to end. Every session was full of fun and exciting games and exercises, was always excited for the next session. Great trainer - lots of laughs, and knows how to make you feel good ! Also knows how to kill the stairs at the beach �, any exercise, any environment!
Working out at Unit3 has been the most comfortable experience of weight training ever, great facilities and equipment!! Thanks Steph you rock! ����.

I really enjoy my personal training sessions at Unit3 PT because it is very private and in an excellent location, so I don't worry about there being lots of people around like I would in a normal gym.
