Brilliant course, been to St John's and Red Cross First Aid Courses, Siren Training First aid course is by far the best, straight forward, straight to the point dealing with serious and life saving issues with a bit of humour added in, Sonia was the instructor/Teacher was excellent , very professional and had a good sense of humour, the three days flew passed .

Terrible Fire Marshall Training. We travelled across the country and because of cancellations of trains we arrived late which we informed of before, this wasn't the issue. The guy named Tyrone berated the two of us as if we were school children. I was fine with it if he said we were too late to join in but he allowed it. The whole way through the 'training' he was passive aggressive, berated us at every opportunity. This is how qualified the guy was, fire doors which are meant to stay closed he was telling the group they can wedge open if they lead outside and they are aware of the door at all times. He said use common sense, I say he tries a career in comedy. The guy is a joke in his job and I would highly recommend using a different company that doesn't employ jokers. More...

I had my 1 Day EFAW training at Old Street with Ash. He was absolutely amazing. I can often struggle with maintaining concentration for long periods of time, but he was so engaging, active and energetic that I was absorbed for the full session. He made us all feel so comfortable and at ease, and made everything easy to understand and remember. I walked out feeling confidently equipped and am really grateful for having learnt so much. There were a few surprising changes to previously learned procedures but nothing that wasn't hard to pick up or remember thanks to the brilliant instructor. I've just done my first aid training with them. The trainer was called Ash, an excellent instructor. It was 6hour instruction but managed to pack a load of information in, and the best thing, he made it so it was easy to remember.
