Simply the Pets

I have used Simply the Pets on 2 occasions now, one for a small trip and another for a 2 week trip to America. I have 2 cats who I refuse to put into a cattery as I know they would be miserable. I previously had used friends to care for Max and Sid but didn't like relying on family and friends as they also have busy lifestyles. I had known about this service but wrongly assumed it would be too expensive and didn't like the idea of strangers coming into my home. After booking a trip to Cornwall and having no one to care for my 2 boys I was left with 2 options, putting them in a cattery or using this service. That is when I phoned Colleen. She came to meet me and the cats and I found her to be very professional and friendly. The cost of the service is cheaper than a cattery and my only regret is I wish I had used this service sooner! So pleased to have found Simply the Pets. It is such a relief to find people who not only look after your pets while you are away but actually genuinely care for them. Having recently moved to the area Simply the Pets have been a dream. I commute to central London and knowing my little pup is getting a really good walk definitely puts my mind at rest! Simply the Pets have looked after Pip, my mad cockapoo, for some months now and they provide a super service. I find them very reliable and their walkers are caring and thoughtful - she looks forward to her walks each week !

I've been using Simply the pets now for a couple of weeks for a daily group walk 4-5 times a week and i could not be happier. I was a little bit apprehensive about leaving my new 10 month old cockapoo as he was re-homed with us but Hayley and Sophie have been amazing. He is always so happy to see them and he has made some great little pals on his walks! He always comes back with his little tail wagging and it's lovely seeing the pictures of him enjoying himself. I really trust these guys with my little fur child and you can really tell that they love the animals they look after. I'm so happy i found them. Absolutely recommend to anyone with pets! Thank you! I have use Simply the Pets for nearly a year now. Dodo enjoys weekly walk very much and always loves to see Megan. I have also use their boarding service when I go on holiday/business trips, Megan has looked after Dodo well ever time.

We first started using Simply the Pets for puppy visits and now group walks. Megan looks after our dog brilliantly. He’s excited for her to come, the updates we receive are thoughtful and really put your mind at ease. And as we have such a clumsy klutz of a dog who is sometimes in the wars, it is always no problem for her to help giving any medicine/washing. We couldn’t be happier with the Simply The Pets service. Our Springer Spaniel, Alfie, enjoys his walks so much that he can’t wait to get out of the house when the car turns up- we’ve witnessed his haste on a number of occasions and it completely put our minds at rest. Meghan even goes the extra mile by setting steps up for Alf to get into her car (his hips are sometimes a bit stiff) and on occasions she has had to get all the other dogs out of her car before he’ll get in. Hayley and the team at simply the pets are truly wonderful firstly making my mylo ever so welcome aswell as helping lose weight and have the most fun with his new friends. He loves his dog walkers so much Sophie is always wonderful! When we got our second pooch jez they made her so welcome and handle having her energy with true professionalism she loves them all! I was recommended by a friend who also had a wonderful relationship with Hayley and the team and I feel ever so grateful for the wonderful times our poochies have with them

Excellent, caring and supportive dog walking service

As a first time (anxious!) dog mummy I couldn’t be more glad that I picked Simply the Pets to be responsible for taking our dog for daily walks for the past year and a half.
Apart from the fact that I go to work stress free knowing that our dog will have an absolutely amazing day, the amount of support and advice that I have had from Hayley throughout our pup’s puppy phase,teenage phase, health issues, behavioural issues, diet issues...the list goes on! Hayley is so experienced and knowledgable about dogs and goes over and above to provide an excellent service for her clients.Being a teacher I have had to change the walking schedule a number of times and Simply’s the pets have been so flexible with our service. The walkers are all absolutely lovely and clearly adore the dogs that they walk. I can’t recommend Simply the Pets enough. A well deserved 5 star review :) More...

Hayley was booked to look after our 3 cats, after a wonderful initial consultation. We had a previous bad experience with a pet sitter, but Hayley put our minds to rest. Prior to the initial booking, we had to go away last minute and Hayley stepped in with just over a days notice. We came home to find three happy cats, who hardly noticed we had gone.
