How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Usually the floor to ceiling height. You will be able to see the space you can create and whether it would be comfortable to spend time on the new floor.

Quite a lot. We can discuss it it more detail when we visit the project in mind.

Develop a mood concept, the detailed design and then complete the installation.
