How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I make sure training is varied and suitable for each client's fitness level so that they work with the right level of effort. This means that the client stays motivated and can feel themself improve. I am also able to coach client's through harder sessions and keep them on track with nutrition with lots of support and advice.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret! The way to do it is through patience and having the discipline and support and guidance to do these things: have a sound nutrition plan that you can stick to, have a training plan that keeps challenging you ando be able to fit these into your day to day routine. This is what I help my clients achieve.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients getting fitter, stronger and leaner. I love the times when they tell me they are starting to notice their clothes are getting baggy through weight loss or they have had a compliment on how good they are looking.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for years in a corporate job in an office. I loved keeping fit and trained early mornings and lunchtimes. I had the opportunity to make a change and decided to take a chance on doing something I loved rather than just working for money. It has been the best decision I have ever made.
