Simon responded to me quickly and was extremely helpful in getting my material print ready, even pointing out a typo. I was very pleased, too, with his costing.
We are delighted with the quality of the cards.
A subsequent order for a further print run was efficiently and speedily executed and dispatched, and it was no trouble to him to send it to a different address for my convenience.
Both in emails and on the phone I found him an excellent associate, and will certainly use him again next year for our next Mission Christmas Card..

What information do you need from a client before you start work?
The exact specification of what is required, explained as best as possible so that it can be priced accurately as there are so many factors that dictate the final price.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
Standard print on the usual paper and thicknesses, plus bespoke jobs like foiling, odd shapes if required and die cut folders etc.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting it right for the customer and letting them take the credit if they look good because of me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be my own boss.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm very helpful, even if its something I cannot offer as a service myself and I am very easy to contact during and after work hours.
