People are friendly. Exceptionally fast vehicle delivery to airport & the return trip was pretty fast too. I find it easy convenient & reasonable parking at signature parking gatwick.

Awful experience!
Avoid this "company" at all costs!
Car was full of leaves when I received it back, large scratch on the rear bumper, and the car absolutely stank of it being thrashed with the smell of burnt clutch and brakes!
!!
Followed their complaints procedure and actually got a reply about 10 days later but when followed it up they have to date (3 weeks) completely ignored me!!
If you've got a nice car and want it to stay that way, then avoid this bunch of cowboys like the plague they are!!

Just like the other reviewer. We returned from holiday on 18th September to find the front bumper/faring of our SUV ripped off and damage to front wing.
£900 to repair and no acknowledgment of responsibility or indeed any response from Signature.
NEVER EVER USE THESE ROGUES. AVOID. RUN LIKE THE DEVIL IS CHASING YOU.

Never use this company. My car high range Mercedes had just had full valet when I handed it to Signature. I recorded the mileage. When it was returned it was very much higher than the 7 miles advertised. The car was caked in mud underneath and down one side.. Mud flaps torn off. Front tyre split. Drivers well ,mud over the carpets and pedals. Front passenger seat fully foreward and stained and damp. The driver handed us the keys and disappeared in a flash. Sent photos and letter never received any come back from them. This company is not a Gatwick approved parking agent. More...
