Me and my husband visit regularly and the massage is fantastic. Place is very well decorated and clean. My daughter and I got massages here on a day trip to Liverpool. I hadn't seen any reviews, but they were able to accommodate us together at a convenient time that same day, the location was good for us, it said they accepted credit cards, and they had a L5. 00 discount with the Yelp check in, so that would make it an even better deal. Overall, we got decent massages for the price. However, there were some weird things that happened, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. We got there a few min late because it was hard to find (above a barbershop a few blocks away from where Google pinned it), and then the front desk lady didn't seem to know how to work the credit card machine. When it got to the signature request, she kept canceling the transaction, not knowing what to do. They required pymt in advance and I didn't have much cash, so they said they had time for me to wait until I went across the street to an ATM. That signified to me they didn't have appts booked right after ours. Then I noticed she was holding a small electronic signature pad, and all it was waiting for was for me to sign with my finger. So I took it out of her hand, signed, hit accept, and it went through. Easy. I don't know why she didn't know what to do with that, when they said they accepted credit cards. Were they just trying to get out of the fees charged by the cc company? Or was the machine new and unfamiliar, or the English confusing to her? Not sure. Then I asked about the Yelp discount and showed her the screenshot of the "check in here for discount", but she said no. I didn't have data on my US phone, so I couldn't make her give me the discount any other way, so I lost the discount. When we got into the massage room, they had 2 large beds, which is typical for Thai massage because they climb around you and use their own bodies to massage and stretch you too. My masseuse was so tiny and delicate I thought she wouldn't be able to stretch my large body parts, but she was surprisingly strong for how tender her hands felt. I would have liked a little more pressure, but I just relaxed into a relaxing massage. My daughter said her girl was good too. The only thing was, the front desk lady banged on the door after about 45 min (which would have been our original ending time, if we had not been a few min late and she had not messed up on the cc machine for several minutes). They spoke loudly in their language, but I basically felt she was saying "Hurry up, we now have people waiting! How much longer?" and they both answered something, and then they quickly wrapped up the massages in the next 5 minutes. So that was all kind of a jarring way to end the massage, with the loud bang, the noisy voices, etc. My girl was very conscious and apologetic of my peace being interrupted, so I appreciated that. I just think if they said they had time to wait for me to go get cash (which I ended up not needing to do), and they took more time with the cc machine, they should have given us our full 60 min. My masseuse basically touched everything on my body, and my daughter felt satisfied. But if we'd had that extra 10 min, I could tell she would have worked on my neck, face and head longer, which I could have used. I'll qualify that to say I used to be a licensed massage therapist and have gotten a LOT of Thai massages, so I kind of know the routine.Anyway, I was pleased that they had a shower in the room to use after, which is unusual in the USA at least, so a great bonus for helping us to feel refreshed enough to just go on with our day. But of course we felt rushed to get out of there. And there were 2 girls waiting after us. Not sure if they had just called - in which case the mngr should have just scheduled them for a bit later - or whether they walked in, or had appts and she'd known all along she would cut our massages short. But if that was the case, she should have at least offered to credit me the Yelp discount, or something. My experience at Siam was overall fairly positive. The lady who performed the massage was polite, and communicative throughout, which made it easy to highlight the areas which needed more attention. She was wearing a slightly inappropriate outfit - a big push up bra and tiny shorts, probably to entice me to want the “optional extras”.... There were a few things that concerned me during the massage which then became clear at the end. - Bejng asked half way through if I wanted a naughty or nice massage - Being asked if my penis wanted a massage - Having my bum smacked as she moved the towel playfully Near the end, I was asked if I wanted some extras.. - Body to body massage, £80 - Handjob, £20 I refused both and the massage continued. While the services shouldn’t have been offered and some of the actions during the massage were inappropriate, I can’t fault how much better my back felt afterwards. Just got back from a last minute planned massage, and can honestly say it was well worth the money, they worked on all parts the seemed to need to most attention, and advised me I may be in a bit of pain the next day. The receptionist was lovely with a warm welcome and already offered any refreshments with in 2 minutes of being there, don't be fooled by the way it looks in the outside because the inside is very clean welcoming and looks untouched. The price we paid was amazing and to me underpriced. Can't wait for my next visit in a few weeks time. More...

I've been visiting Siamese Massage regularly since they opened their Heaton Park site. The furnishings and standard of décor inside are amongst the best that I've been to. And there's lots of little things that give the edge on the competition.1. At least three therapists on shift so I've never had problems booking.2. Plenty of rooms so there's never any waiting time.3. All the rooms are slightly different but there are some common themes.a. Spacious but never cold.b. Traditional Thai spa massage tables.4. When I ask for green tea, it's served in a glass teapot so there's plenty to last the session.And the massage itself? I need a strong, stretching massage to loosen up aching limbs and when it's good here, it's very good. And it's very good a lot of the time.I can't recommend them highly enough. More...

I suffer with a recurring shoulder problem, and calf cramps. I've been to several of Thai massage here in the UK and Germany. I have to say the masseuse called Cocco gives the best massage I have ever had. Lots of applied pressure just in the right muscle areas and my shoulder doesn't want to pop out as much as it normally does once a month instead of weekly. Siam Massage staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable and at ease, and the premises are clean and authentic. Highly recommended, 5 stars. More...

I saw this place whilst walking around Heaton Park and I'm glad that I did and that I decided to walk in. It's new to the area so I wanted to try the new kid on the block.
The size of all the rooms and standard of décor at the best that I've ever seen and the staff are welcoming as well.
It's spacious, warm, clean and relaxing.
On both of my visits I have been seen by Mee, who gave a good overall massage the first time and on the second, I asked for a harder, more stretching massage and she delivered. I had stiff calves from walking at the weekend and persistent knotted muscle groups in my shoulders and neck. I didn't expect miracles from two ninety minute sessions but I was pleasantly surprised with the results.
I've been to other spas where the treatment delivered more stretching and even involved walking up and down my legs and back to apply pressure. But those spas lack the gloss that this one has or the spaciousness and quality of the décor.
This will most likely be my new regular spa. Thanks Mee and the team, you're a top notch addition to this part of Manchester.
