Pan roasted wood pigeon, black truffle pom anna, sauteed baby vegetables, pickled blackberry jus.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We provide a truly bespoke service, if there is a particular theme or dish that a client wants we are happy to provide it. Sometimes clients would rather us come up with a menu, where this is the case we try and find out a little about them, the sort of food they like and the overall impression they want the food to give.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy! We love to see clients enjoying the food we make.
