Discovery Church has been our home for the last 9 years, and that's exactly how it feels--like coming home. The foundational values of the church lie in the belief that there are no perfect people, and that whatever you've done and whatever's been done to you, you are not only welcome here, but particularly, warmly invited. The church was a mobile church for many, many years, working diligently as a community to raise funds for a building and celebrating with gratitude when we opened the doors to our new space. The church tripled in size since it opened creating quite a transitionary time for this body of believers and those curious about believing. Although a bit more challenging to connect (please be intentional about joining a bible study, a small group or attending events!) with it not being as obvious who is new and needs welcoming and who is not, this huge hearted group of people are fierce with love--for each other, for the community around, for social justice and for those in need globally. The Children's program is filled with dedicated teachers, the worship team is soulful and the opportunities to be a part of something are great. The pastors do an amazing job of balancing truth and grace, bringing historical context and application to scripture making it accessible to everyone. I can't say enough about how much I love this church and would recommend it literally everyone--those who aren't sure about the claims of Christ included. More...

This is a great church! Lots of opportunities to connect with fellow followers of Jesus as well as those searching for truth. We started attending casually a year and a half ago and we got involved in a small group community a year later. We're making life-long friends that feel more like family. The pastors are genuine and open about their spiritual journeys, and they frequently talk about this being a place where you can "Belong before you Believe." Yet the messages are challenging for any stage of your journey. We have 3 kids and they love their children's programming every week. Great teachers!The Worship band is exceptional, and Jimmy the Worship Pastor has a fantastic heart. We love this church community! More...
