What makes a great website?
Your website has to grab peoples attention instantly, if it doesn't look professional they will just click away and go to the competition.
My aim is to make a website that truly reflects who you are and what you do. I find out about your business and what makes you unique - so together we can create a stunning, functional website.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I usually like to set up a FaceTime/Skype/Zoom/Team's call with clients so we can talk through their aims and goals for a project and define all the deliverables. This helps me better understand the clients and results in happier customers.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A short brief from clients is fine. I like to have a more in-depth conversation with my clients before the work starts, this helps me to ask questions that they may not have thought about, this also gives the client an opportunity to tell me what they like or what they don't like!
What do you love most about your job?
I love creating designs that really exceed clients expectations and make a genuine difference to their life. After all their website, logo or even their marketing collateral is as personal to them as it is to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business as i was working as a corporate graphic designer and i wanted to get more diverse clients and jobs so i started my freelance business - its genuinely one of the best decision I ever made!
Why should our clients choose you?
As a sole trader and freelancer every single one of my clients are the most important thing to me, they aren't just another number.
Every project I embark on I like to think is portfolio worthy by the time its complete and I put my heart and soul in to every project I do. Basically I care about it as much as my clients do.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes all of my services are provided remotely, any printed elements can either been arranged by me and printers and sent to clients or final design files can be provided directly to the clients for them to arrange their own printing.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of my services are provided remotely and are largely unaffected by Covid-19. Once the world returns to normal in the summer and if clients want to do kick-off meetings in person (if local/practical) then this will also be fine.
