Our favourite carpet looks brand new now and I am sure that my husband would be very happy when he sees it, too. I contacted your call centre and a minute later I had an appointment scheduled. What impressed me was how kind and polite your representatives were. They explained me everything I needed to know about the cleaning procedures and techniques. They assured me that the cleaners utilised only environmentally friendly cleaning products and would not damage the delicate fibres of the carpet.I hired the cleaners for a day on which I was at work. When I got back home, everything was just the way I left it. However, there was only one difference - the carpet. It was shining brighter than ever. All the stains were somehow gone and I could feel how soft it was. Thank you very much for the help because now I do not have to spend a fortune on a new carpet! To be frank, when I booked your service, I did not expect such high achievements because the rates were so affordable. And most frequently low rates mean poor quality but not with your company. My home looks cosy and elegant now! I deeply appreciate the detailed attention and the hard work. You are fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend your carpet cleaning to whoever wants to get the carpets cleaned by expert technicians.When I contacted your call centre, it was explained to me what results to expect. Our carpet used to be very dirty, had become darker and filled with stains so, we decided to use this company's carpet cleaning services. The cleaning staff succeeded to restore our carpet well after vacuum and steam cleaning it. They used specialised machines and non-toxic detergents which removed all stains, darkening and dirt from it.
