On Monday morning May 20, 2019 I called this company and spoke with Joe. He was so friendly and straightforward. I explained that I had moved into this home just 2 weeks ago and had bought a new dryer from Best Buy. Shortly after doing just 5 loads of laundry the new dryer gave an error message having to do with improper venting. Best Buy brought another dyer to swap out however that did not solve the issue. Another even more critical error message came up about venting issues with the second new dryer and now would not even dry the clothes. I was desperate when I called Joe because it had already been over a week since I had done laundry and I needed to! Joe told me that he would call me right back. He needed to see if he could move some schedules around and be able to come to my home today. He called me back and told me he would see me today around 11-12. He showed up with another technician when he promised me he would. They cleaned out my dryer vent which probably had not been cleaned in 20 years. They also cleaned all of the vents in every room in the house. They were so friendly, on time, professional and efficient. They saved my day and I am SO grateful to Joe and his other tech. Joe was awesome and worked with us tirelessly as we battled our home warranty company for about a month. Once the parts were sent, he had the tear out and install completed in one day. After paying two different companies to repair my heat pump they came out and did a full inspection and found the thermostat wired wrong they fixed the issue and installed the bad transformer installed a fuse to prevent it from burning out again great service will use from now on

The team at Shield Comfort installed a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump in my 147 year old home. The furnace was a very tight fit in the existing interior closet.
