We were first introduced to Mr Khan few years ago after several failed attempts to bring back a staff of ours who was unlawfully deported from the UK on his arrival from India. But as with all matters concerning Home Office, we were unable to successfully defend this because HO took a stand that the decision they made was right. Once Mr Khan got involved, an appeal was launched and after several refusal verdicts, the case was taken to the court. Till the previous evening of the hearing, HO wouldn't budge and stuck to their stand. Mr Khan was confident that we will have a positive result the next day. But the result came earlier! Late in the evening of the day before the hearing, HO pulled out and conceded to retract their decision. Mr Khan got HO to issue a travel visa and also pay for bringing the person back to the UK from India. We were delighted that justice though seemed impossible was served at the behest of Mr Khan.
