I commissioned Michelle to do my other halves 30th birthday balloons down at a venue in West London. She was so helpful and organised she knew exactly what she needed to do to set them up for maximum wow factor! Not only was she accommodating, helpful and swift in installing it all she was also incredibly professional without a mention of the fact that, as fate would have it, her daughter ended up in A&E the same day as our party and she still got the job done without a peep! I asked Michelle for a personalised bubble balloon to be released at a close friend's funeral. She suggested a biodegradable balloon filled with wild flower seeds that could be personalised too. I ordered both and they were perfect. We released them at the end of the service on the seafront and it was a lovely way to say goodbye.
