I took my old Acer laptop (7 years old) to Nathaniel for overheating and switching off issues . He gave me a good cotation and the same day 4 hours later he said that he fixed the issue (clean inside my laptop) and I could come to pick it up. Very proffesional and friendly aproach. I contacted Nathaniel to see if SCS could restore/fix a laptop I had been told to scrap by the IT company I usually use. I got a call back within minutes and dropped off the laptop the same day. I dropped off my laptop on Monday afternoon and had it back all fixed and working the following day. The communication was great- I received a text with what was wrong with my laptop, how it would be fixed and the cost and asked for the go ahead. When I picked up my laptop I was talked through what had been done and shown that it was all up and working again.
