No customer service, unanswered calls and emails for weeks. No promise met. They have had my money for a month, have missed 3 ship dates and continue to lie about future shipments when they bless me with an email or phone call.
This is not a reputable company, do not buy from them. Spend your money with a vendor that you can trust and seems to care about their customers. This one surely does not.

I purchased a SHADOWSPEC outdoor umbrella, model SU3. The assembly and installation instructions are very clear and precise.
This product is very well made and easy to use. The telescopic arm and swing is exceptionally useful depending on the angle of the sun.
