We hired Serious Eats Catering to cater for my 50th birthday party for 175 guest. Everything turned out really well. All of my guest loved the taste of the food and they did a great presentation. We asked Serious Eats Catering to cater for my work's Annual Christmas Party & had a very positive experience from their preparation, the food & staff! Preparation:- Great communication between text & emails with Cat, one of the chiefs of Serious Eats Catering between her & her mom. Every little change was reviewed & updated right away.- Taste testing went very well with a nice "feel at home" experience.- Arrived to our event on time at 12 pm, as agreed. They went straight to setting up the table & making use of the warming kitchen. You can see how organized & experienced they were.- Food was set up on time by 1 pm, as agreed, the time that our guests would arrive.Food:- Great variety on the menu with so much selections to choose from. We had 140 guests & ordered 19 items from their menu. Everything was finished within 3 hours or taken to-go.- Favorites included the beef bourguignon which was very tasty, pork hamonado which finished so fast, sopas, fruit salad & most favorite of all, the creamy chicken tuscan pasta which was very yummy & popular among the kids!Staff: - Very warm, charismatic & accommodating to our needs. Overall, I would recommend Serious Eats Catering for the love that they shared in every bite that we had! We had lunch delivered to our office today and everything was fantastic. Pancit, chicken adobo, and steamed rice all delicious and fresh. Owners are lovely, friendly, and cook with love. I'm definitely keeping their number handy for future catering needs. :) More...
