What can I say about Sarah. She is a true holistic healer and truly gifted! After suffering from a range of chronic pain I almost gave up the hope of ever feeling normal again. Sarah has conducted a few various massages on me (my favourite is the lomi lomi) and I feel her energy healing every time. The pain and inflammation has subsided and I have lots more energy! I had a Lomi massage with Sarah for circulation and inflammation. This was so relaxing with hot oils which helped a little backache that I have. I really felt a 'Spiritual' connection during the massage with Sarah which you do not normally feel with just a normal massage. Sarah is very intuitive in her work and I would highly recommend 'The Retreat Exeter' for the various holistic treatments offered. I booked a 1 hour full body Swedish massage. It was very relaxing indeed. I found Sarah very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. Serenity holistic treatments and healing is in a peaceful and quiet location too.

We went through a brief medical assessment before - which I thought was very thoughtful and professional.

I will look forward to my next appointment - I think I may try Aromatherapy.
