What inspired you to start your own business?
I always sat in the operational management seats and ran my departments, my branch or even my regions and had as much say as one could in the positions of responsibility I held. But at the end of the day, I always reported to someone else. I could never really fully execute the strategies that I knew would work because I always put the company vision first, not my personal one. Even though I never compromised my personal values and always felt good about representing the companies I worked for, there were always policies or decisions that I executed that would not have been my first choice. Someone else always had the final say: the corporate office, the owner, the board of directors, you name it. I had the opportunity to step out on my own and align my personal philosophies with my professional ones and here we are with Seeker Solution today.
