I would have no hesitation in recommending Secure Home Electrics if you need an alarm system installing. Mike was pleasant gentleman who knew his business inside out. After explaining my predicament Mike explained what he thought was best for me and I totally agreed . Mike installed the system within 48 hrs of me deciding to use his company. The installation was very professional,he was very tidy and cleaned up as he went . Due to work commitments I missed a lot of the installation ,but my wife was very happy,and he did return the following day to show me his completed work and run me through the whole system. My Dad received the advice and information he needed to make the choice to change the supplier he had, to Secure Home Electrics Ltd. Mike explained everything in detail, gave Dad options to choose the security system that was right for him and on the day of installation, talked through everything he was doing so Dad understood at all stages what Mike was doing. He helped explain to me the phone App and what to do/how to do it and when Mike finished the installation (which for the size of my Dad's house, was completed in 5-6 hours and in our opinion to high standards), both my Dad and myself were completely clear on what the system did/was capable of and if we were unsure of anything or needed additional sensors in out buildings, we were told not to hesitate to contact Mike for advice and help. The whole process was great, from the quote to getting the cameras fitted. Mike was very accommodating as we are a day centre for adults with learning difficulties and took that into account. He was great, he fitted in with us, made sure he was tidy and was great with the service users. He took the time as told us and the quality of his work was brilliant.
