Dear AdamPlease may I thank you most sincerely for your ‘beyond the call of duty’ assistance and advice with regard to the house clearance of my son’s house today, you were just wonderful! As I mentioned, we had only been given a few days’ notice that my son’s house sale would complete this week and we had just 48 hours to clear the house of furniture by Thursday, not easy at any time but especially hard with this being the week before Christmas of all weeks! After viewing the website and looked through the reviews and video clips I contacted Adam from Cheadle House Clearances. From the initial contact at Adams shop in Cheadle Heath, I found him along with his staff very helpful. He gave me all the information I needed to clear my mum property, after agreeing a very honest and sensible price. We agreed a day and time when the clearance was to take place, His team turned up at the time stated, and took control of what was a difficult and somewhat in my opinion a big clearance job. Adam stated it would be completed within 1 day, although another company stated it would take 2 days. Indeed his team and himself worked through the day, and made a difficult and stressful time much more palatable. I cant stress how professional Cheadle House Clearances were from the moment we met to the clearance being completed. Adam showed empathy and professionalism throughout the entire procedure.I must also state that I was highly impressed with the shop, I thought shops like this were all but in the past.....a real gem!Thankyou!! My mother sadly passed away whilst we were living in Australia. We flew home and contacted Adam to help with clearing mums property. He came the next day!! Nothing was too much trouble. He took everything. Emptied the garage and then hoovered the entire house!! After he left we realised we had forgotten to remove some pieces. He came back and removed them for us. He really is a lovely person. I would recommend anyone to use his company. I honestly could not fault him. Having lost my dad very suddenly last November we flew back from Australia to organise his funeral, we weren't ready at that point to make choices regarding the house or his possessions. We came back recently and decided that the task of clearing all dads stuff was too hard for me emotionally and we started looking for somebody to do this for us. Adam was professional, courteous and empathetic from start to finish, he worked incredibly hard and cleared the house in the time he said he would and at the price he quoted. I was able to walk back into the house without falling to pieces because it no longer felt like Dad would be there waiting for me.
