First class service and balloon decorations!!!Was a pleasure working with Mayumi very professional! Gave them my budget and the occasion and what I had in mind. Next day got a couple drawings to choose from and choose one. The balloons looked exactly like the drawing and delivered when promised even emailed me after they delivered them. I placed a last minute custom balloon order for my Sister's 50th Birthday. Mayumi was superb in responding to immediate action by creating a nature themed design with birthday accents.  I was shown hand drawn designs to choose from & the bouquet was promptly delivered the next morning. Mayumi was an absolute life saver! I had my 30th birthday brunch yesterday and had some spare money left from the party budget. I decided I wanted to add some fun balloons to my white and gold themed party. I contacted Mayumi and she was super quick in responding. She understood my need and got the fact that it's not a child's birthday party. We needed to make it classy yet fun at the same time. She gave me such amazing ideas keeping in mind the 10Ft ceiling height. Since this was so end moment and she had prior commitments the same day, he came the previous night at 8:30pm. I told her I had dinner reservations so she made a conscious effort to blow up all the balloons and just come and assemble at my event space. I was so amazed how quickly, silently and efficiently the whole set up was done in 30 minutes. She didn't leave any trash for me to take care of. Awesome experience!!!!This was my first time dealing with Seattle balloon Decorations, but certainly won't be the last, their service was excellent, timely and spot on. I saw their balloon decoration at a friend's child's bd party. It looked super impressive! It was a huge installation of a tree? background with fairies and butterflies and flowers attached to it. My son was amazed by it and kept talking about it. Wish I had taken a picture or two. The fairies they made all looked different and detailed. Any kids would love having such an awesome balloon decoration, I'm sure. More...
