What do you love most about your job?
I love to resolve the accounting and financial issues of the individuals and firms by making them happy because if you do it right, you get appreciation, affection and referral from the clients. Every project, every strategy session and every critical decision that I make I have on my fingerprint in a good way. I love being asked for my or my team's participation in resolving most critical and unique issues . It gives me immense satisfaction that significantly outweighs the hours, the stress and the hard work. They are all part of my life, but the payoff is having an impact on my company that I "own".
What inspired you to start your own business?
The great people on this earth inspired me to do become entrepreneur like Gates, Warren Buffet, Ellon Musk, Walt Disney etc. The people like them were destined to be entrepreneurs. From the time they get through school, or maybe even before that, they are hungry to start a business and lead it to success, and they’ll stop at nothing to make their dream a reality. Business gives more freedom to implement your ideas and knowledge and gives real feeling of success. We can reap the fruit with purely efforts made by us. Business gives the flexibility of work, more spare time, freedom to implement own rules, set our own deadlines, create our own environment, pursue our passion, meet new people, create something new, select people of our own choice and build our own team, create jobs for needy.
So there are countless reasons to do my business that is difficult to explain.
