Your Newmarket branch were fantastic. I was recommended by a friend so she got £20 vouchers and I got a £10 eye test and 25% off frames which was a good start. Angela was very professional, friendly and thorough followed by the lovely Emma who possesses excellent customer service skills. I knew what style frames I wanted, she helped me to find them and they were far from the most expensive in your range, she actually listened to my requirements and not just sell me the most expensive frames. I recently moved to a new area. I needed to get my specs repaired. As a bus driver, it's important to see, you see. I visited Specsavers, and they tried to sell me a £159 set of varifocals. I went a further 50ft to Scrivens in Liscard and had them fixed in no time for a fiver. I need some prescription sunnies. See you soon Scrivens! My mum is staying with me in Chingford London and for the second time we have had to ask the assistance of the local Scrivens and each time been greeted by Melodee and her colleague. The are so kind and helpful even though my mum doesn’t use their branch as she lives in Norwich. They have sorted her hearing aid each time and when leaving always said anytime you experience problems please do not hesitate to come to call upon their services. After bad customer service to book appointment at SpecSavers, I made contact with Scrivens & spoke with Adam Wow customer service first class, very professional and caring on the phone, he couldn't do enough to make it possible for me to have an appointment at my convenience It really makes a difference to me as a potential customer that the first contact is friendly and professional, that sets me up for what to expect from the company Adam has such a great manner on the phone HE should be training all Scrivens employees on how to manage clients on the phone Thank you Scrivens you have made me happy and restored my faith in customer service Looking forward to my appointment tomorrow :) Have a Blessed Day

Excellent and friendly service, as I have moved to area recently and was looking for a new 'local' optician. Thorough eye examination, very knowledgeable and helpful optician who took time to explain my prescription - and also had my current glasses checked for lens adjustment- very impressed and will go back again!

Scrivens in Havant have been brilliant. Thorough examination and helpful staff working out styles to suit me and recommendations for suitable varifocals. All the are very friendly and helpful in fact I actually prefer scrivens opticians to vision express because you feel that you are under any pressure to buy glasses that are very expensive and this suits myself and my fiance and some other people I know very good customer service would definitely say throughly recommended for anyone who needs glasses or a simple check up

Another great experience at Scrivens Feltham. Popped in to have my son’s glasses adjusted; he’s growing and they are pinching his nose. Both pairs adjusted. I asked to book a future appointment for his eye test and was given one just 20mins later. The optician was brilliant; very child friendly, which is extra helpful when your ASD child was not expecting to have an eye test that day. (He was brilliant too). Highly recommend.
